Led by Yair Bino, this is a unique Israeli song and dance experience.
Near the Sea of Galilee, two famous poets lived.
A hundred years ago, Rachel (Blushtein), the poet of the pioneers, studied agronomy in the agricultural school of Hana Maizel, in the Moshava Kinnerent. Rachel did not write songs back than, but later, when she lived in Tel Aviv, she wrote many songs in which she yearned to be back in Kinneret. Rachel was buried in the old Kineret cemetery.
Another famous poet, Naomi Shemer, was born in Kibbutz Kineret in 1930. Neomi Shemer was one of the most productive and influential poets of Israel, wring both lyrics and melodies for more than 50 years. She was also buried in the Kineret Cemetery.
In our tour, we will visit Hatzar Kinneret where Rachel studied, we will tell about the pioneers' history and Rachel's life, will sing some of her songs and continue to the Eucalyptus Scrub near Kibbutz Kinneret.
This scrub is mentioned in one of the most famous songs of Naomi Shemer. In the scrub, Naomi Shemer's life history will be presented combined with some songs.
From the Eucalyptus scrub we will walk through the old fish ponds to the Kinneret old cemetery and visit the poets' graves accompanying the visit with some more of their most beloved songs.

The museum is a recipient of the TripAdvisor 2016 Certificate of Excellence.

The WFF differs from other festivals in its programme, just as Warsaw differs from other cities. Selecting the films, we always remember about our audience - native Varsovians, those working or studying in Warsaw, and those in town for a short while, for instance only for the Festival.
We do our best to make sure that our audiences get to know the latest and most interesting trends in world cinema as soon as possible. In this way, WFF audiences - usually as the first people in Poland - could discover American independent cinema as well as Asian, Latin American, Iranian, Russian and Romanian cinema. Time has always been a major consideration: capturing the moment of the greatest success, the peak. Our aim is to show a film before it wins an Oscar, to introduce a director to Warsaw audiences before he or she wins an award at the Cannes festival. We don't chase filmmakers who are already famous. Some of the most amazing directors, like Michael Haneke, Cristian Mungiu, Paweł Pawlikowski, Ari Folman, Ashgar Farhadi, Lenny Abrahamson and hundreds of others, had usually been guests of the WFF before they reached the top.
The Eurovision week will have three shows: Semi-final 1 on Tuesday, Semi-final 2 on Thursday and the Grand Final on Saturday.
Music shows, dance shows and workshops, movie evening, lectures and many more interesting events.
There is no charge to join Jewpro. Although we are not affiliated to any particular religious organisation or charity we aim to make sure that listings are appropriate for members of the Modern Orthodox Jewish community unless otherwise stated.

Continuum Theater was founded to share compelling stories of the full scope of the Jewish experience-our history, tales, challenges, experiences and aspirations.
Through the performing arts-theater, music and dance, we hope to sustain the connective tissue of our culture, add to the conversation about Jewish identity and nurture the artists in our midst.
Just as importantly, we aim to be a cultural institution that forges social and communal bonds and builds bridges of understanding within the Jewish community and throughout our surrounding communities.
The ongoing mission of NCJF is to gather, preserve, catalogue, and exhibit films with artistic and educational value relevant to the Jewish experience, disseminating these materials to the widest possible audience. NCJF's first priority continues to be the preservation and restoration of rare and endangered nitrate and acetate films. The Center has long been recognized as a leader in the revival of Yiddish cinema, rescuing watershed films like Green Fields (1937) and Tevye (1939) from virtual oblivion. By producing and distributing pristine film and videocassette editions of such historic works with new English subtitles, NCJF effectively reintroduces modern audiences to a unique cultural and cinematic experience.
It also provides a forum for discussion about films from around the world that illuminate Jewish issues and principles. Our goal is to enhance a sense of community and inclusion for a broad range of audience members. There is something to see for everyone during the festival.
